Keenan Commerce Center
William Podolsky designed the Keenan Commerce Center with two buildings on this 16-acre site. The first phase of development entailed 90,000 SF of structure and site improvements. These structures included a 75,000 SF building for office/warehousing/distribution that is dock high and a 15,000 SF structure with the same determinants at grade level. The structures are tilt panel concrete exterior bearing walls with large span open bays to allow for maximum flexibility in office/warehousing/distribution functions. The floors are 6″ reinforced concrete to allow for added height in bulk storage.
